Requirement:

Configuring Info Reports
You can configure three "Daily info reports" and three "Monthly info reports", each with different
content.
SunnyPortal sends you the "Daily info reports" when it has processed all the data from the previous
day and the "Monthly info report" at the end of the month.
Requirement:

avoided factor (see Section12.12, page117).
Procedure:
1. Select Configuration > Report configuration in the page and menu selection.
2. In the drop-down list Report Configuration, select a Daily info report or a Monthly info
report.
3. Select [Edit].
4. Configure the report:
Range Explanation
Activate report
• Activate the checkbox Active.
Recipient • Enter the e-mail address(es) of the recipient(s) in
the text field E-mail address(es). If you enter
several e-mail addresses, separate these by
commas.
Content
• In the area Select channel(s), activate the
content that is to be displayed in the e-mail.
• In the area Send report as, select the format in
which SunnyPortal is to send the report.
If SunnyPortal is to send a SunnyPortal page
along with the report, select a page in the drop-
down list in the area Portal Page to Be Sent.
• If SunnyPortal is not to send a SunnyPortal page
along with the report, select Send no page.
5. To send a test report to the stated e-mail address, select [Send test report].
6. Select [Save].
Configuring Event Reports
You can configure three event reports, each with different content.
SunnyPortal sends you the event reports at the times set.
