Problem Cause and corrective measures
The PVSystemSetupAssistant cannot
find a SunnyHomeManager with the
serial number and registration ID en-
tered.
The serial number and/or the registration ID may have
been entered incorrectly.
Corrective measures:
• Ensure that the entries are correct.
It is possible that the SunnyHomeManager is not cor-
rectly connected to the router.
Corrective measures:
• Ensure that the SunnyHomeManager is connected
to the router correctly (see the installation manual of
the SunnyHomeManager).
The SunnyHomeManager may not be able to establish a
connection to SunnyPortal, because DHCP is not acti-
vated on your router.
or
The SunnyHomeManager may not be able to establish a
connection to SunnyPortal, because there is a proxy
server in your network.
Corrective measures:
• Establish the connection to SunnyPortal using the
SunnyHomeManager Assistant (see the installation
manual of the SunnyHomeManager).
The PVSystemSetupAssistant cannot
find a SunnyHomeManager with the
serial number and registration ID en-
tered.
The SunnyHomeManager is assigned to a different sys-
tem in SunnyPortal, for instance, if you have bought the
SunnyHomeManager second-hand.
Corrective measures:
• Perform a complete reset of the
SunnyHomeManager (see the installation manual
of the SunnyHomeManager).
• If the problem continues, contact the previous owner
and request that they delete the
SunnyHomeManager in SunnyPortal.
