Problem Cause and corrective measure
Message in the system logbook:
0 W feed-in measured continu-
ously. No active power limitation
possible, if meter is faulty.
The S0 feed-in meter has not provided any feed-in data for
24 hours, i.e., a feed-in of 0W was measured.
This may indicate a fault in the S0 feed-in meter. If the S0
feed-in meter is faulty, the function Limiting of the active
power feed-in cannot be active.
Corrective measures:
• Ensure that the S0 feed-in meter is working and
correctly connected.
• If you are aware that no grid feed-in has taken
place, e.g. if there is snow on the PV modules, then
you can ignore this message.
Message in the system logbook:
Inverter does not respond to ac-
tive power limitation
At least one inverter is not responding to limit the active
power feed-in.
In this case, the SunnyHomeManager initiates stronger
active power limitation in the remaining inverters. Conse-
quently, the maximum permitted active power feed-in is
complied with.
If the message Fed-in power has repeatedly ex-
ceeded the permitted value appears on the same day,
an error is present.
Corrective measures:
• Ensure that the parameter Operating mode active
power is set to the value Active power limitation
P via system control for all inverters.
• Ensure that the BLUETOOTH connection between all
the devices in the system is good. You can check the
connection quality with SunnyExplorer (see
SunnyExplorer user manual). If necessary, use the
SMAradio-controlled socket as repeater.
