The supported firmware version is not installed on the gateway or on
the SunnyHomeManager.
Corrective measures:
• Update the gateway to the supported firmware version (see
manual of the gateway).
• Update to firmware version1.10.0.R or higher for the
SunnyHomeManager. Ensure that the automatic software
update of the SunnyHomeManager is activated (see
Section8.8, page70).
The supported firmware version is not installed on the device or on
the SunnyHomeManager.
Corrective measures:
• Update the gateway to the supported firmware version (see
the device manual).
• Update to firmware version1.10.0.R or higher for the
SunnyHomeManager. Ensure that the automatic software
update of the SunnyHomeManager is activated (see
Section8.8, page70).

An internal error has oc-

A software error has occurred on the SunnyHomeManager.
Corrective measures:
1. If the SunnyHomeManager is supplied with voltage via a
plug-in power supply, unplug the plug-in power supply from the
outlet, wait three seconds and then plug the plug-in power
supply back into the outlet.
2. If the SunnyHomeManager is supplied with voltage via a top-
hat rail power supply unit:
• Disconnect the connection point from the utility grid via
the disconnection device (e.g. in the distribution board).
• Verify that there is no voltage at the connection plug of
the top-hat rail power supply on the
SunnyHomeManager.
• Unplug the connection plug of the top-hat rail power
supply on the SunnyHomeManager from the pin
connector, wait three seconds and then plug the
connection plug back in.
• Reconnect the connection point to the utility grid via the
separator.
