  If there is no response when pushing the control panel for all functions on your Smart Lift Lifting System, it may be due to several reasons: * The safety switch might be activated. Try releasing the pressure to reconnect the emergency stop. * Ensure the main switch (located on the battery case between lift actuators) is turned on clockwise. * Verify that the control panel connector is correctly placed in the control box. * Check if the batteries are charged and that the on/off button on the handle for drive is on to read the battery indicator. * Inspect the 30-ampere fuse in the control box to ensure it is OK.

  If the vacuum pump on your Smart Lift Lifting Systems starts and runs constantly, possibly with dropping pressure, when the slide valve is opened, ensure that all suction cups bear correctly on the work. Verify that each suction cup is parallel with the work and that no parts of the suction cups protrude from the work.

  If the vacuum pump on your Smart Lift Lifting Systems starts and runs, and stops at brief intervals, possibly with dropping pressure on one or both pressure gauges after correct suction: 1. Close the slide valve. 2. Disconnect one vacuum circuit at the hose coupling. 3. Open the slide valve for vacuum suction again. If the vacuum suction on the pressure gauge for the disconnected circuit is now constantly 0.6, there is a fault on the hose set or at the suction cups in the disconnected vacuum circuit.
