Spindles-
Lubrication
With
Rear
Engine
Rider
standing
on
rear
bumper,
lubricate
each
spindle
with
one
shot
of
GP
grease
from
grease
gun.

NOTE
If
the
Rear
Engine
Rider
will
be
on
its
rear
bumper
for
longer
than
two
hours,
remove
the
battery.

all
mower
deck
linkage
pivot
points
with
a
light
coat
of
30
wt.
motor
oil.

Rider
standing
on
its
rear
bumper,
lubricate
front
wheel
bearings
with
five
shots
of
GP
grease
from
grease
gun.

Axle
Bearing
The
left
rear
axle
incorporates
a
pre-lubricated,
sealed
bearing
which
requires
no
additional
lubrication.

Rear
Axle
Bearing
The
right
rear
axle
bearing
is
lubricated
by
the
differential
lubricant.

Differential
(a)
Check
the
fill
plug
and
level
plug
for
cracks
and
wear.
Replace
plug
if
signs
of
wear
or
cracks
are
visible.
NOTE
The
SNAPPER
Rear
Engine
Rider
is
shipped
with
additional
check/fill
plugs.
Should
more
be
required,
contact
an
authorized
SNAPPER
dealer
and
order
the
desired
quantity
of
plugs,part
number
1-1024.

To
check
lubricant,
remove
fill
plug
and
visually
inspect
for
lubricant
on
the
internal
parts
of
the
differential.
If
no
lubricant
is
visible
on
the
internal
parts
of
the
differen¬
tial.
Contact
a
