SodaStream PLAY - Carbonating Levels

For LIGHT FIZZ – Push down the carbonating block, hold for 1-2 seconds, release, and wait for the
carbonating block to return to its fully upward position. Remove the carbonating bottle only when the
carbonating block is in its fully upward position.
For MEDIUM FIZZ – A total of 2 presses will provide you with medium fizz. On each press, hold
down for 1-2 seconds. Wait for the carbonating block to return to its fully upward position between
each press and before removing the carbonating bottle.
For HIGH FIZZ – A total of 3 presses will provide you with high fizz. On each press, hold down for
1-2 seconds. Wait for the carbonating block to return to its fully upward position between each press
and before removing the carbonating bottle.
For high fizz, and for maximum utilisation of CO , use cold water. (Do not use ice-cold water).

If this happens, shorten the
time of each press until the
ice stops appearing or it can
affect the carbonation. Any
ice created will simply melt.
