Overview

This document describes a body massager, available in models ME7711, ME7712, and ME7713, designed for home use to provide an effective therapeutic massage. The device aims to improve blood circulation, achieve firmer and smoother skin, eliminate fluids and toxins, and reduce accumulated fat and "orange peel" skin. It features a main body with an on/off switch for massage and red LED, a variable massage intensity control, and red LEDs for an additional massage function to strengthen effectiveness.

The massager comes with several interchangeable heads, each designed for specific treatments. These include:

  • Finger massage head (PRE-TREATMENT): Used for painful cellulite and aching muscles.
  • Serrated roller head (ANTI-CELLULITE): Designed to eliminate cellulite, tighten skin, stimulate blood flow, tone muscles, perform lymphatic drainage, reduce volume, and relieve backache, sciatica, lumbago, and stress.
  • Exfoliating head (DRY BRUSH): An exfoliating brush that removes dead skin and stimulates blood flow.
  • Wave shaped head (BODY CONTOUR): Tones and improves blood circulation, particularly for thigh and buttock areas.
  • Smooth roller head (BODY-MODELLING): Provides effective treatment for painful cellulite.
  • Ball massage head: Stimulates and tones muscles, helps firm skin, improves abdominal circulation, eliminates localized toxins, and aids intestinal tract function to prevent constipation.
  • Parallel spiky disk massage head (ANTI-CELLULITE): Another head for anti-cellulite treatment.
  • Fabric cover: Exclusively for use with the BODY-CONTOUR toning head for greater comfort, especially when not using creams.

Usage Features:

Before use, ensure all packaging is removed and the cable is fully unrolled. The appliance should be connected to the mains, and the on/off switch used to turn it on. The massage intensity can be regulated using the intensity control, starting with a gentle speed and gradually increasing based on sensitivity. The red light function can be activated for enhanced massage effectiveness.

To attach a massage head, align it with the head adaptor and secure it (refer to Fig. 3). The intensity is adjusted by turning the controller (3) with a finger (Fig. 4). The switch (2) can be moved to either the "massage" position (Fig. 2 B) or the "massage + infrared" position (Fig. 2 C) depending on the desired treatment.

When using the massager, hold it firmly with both hands and move it over the skin in the direction of blood circulation. It should be glided gently without pressing too hard, as excessive pressure can prevent the motor from operating efficiently.

Massage Direction Guidelines:

  • Always glide the appliance upwards, in the direction of blood circulation.
  • Legs: Place the appliance on the thigh, close to the knee, and glide gently upwards towards the hip (Fig. 5).
  • Buttocks: Use a combination of upward and circular movements (Fig. 6).
  • Abdomen: Place the appliance on the navel and move it gently outwards (Fig. 7). Avoid circular movements around the navel.
  • Arms: Place the appliance close to the elbow and glide it gently towards the armpit. Repeat the massage from the armpit towards the elbow (Fig. 8).
  • Back: Place the appliance in the area of the spine and glide it gently upwards towards the shoulder blade (Fig. 9).
  • Never directly massage the spine or bones (knee, ankle, elbow) to avoid injury from protruding parts of the massage head.

Skin Preparation and Treatment Steps:

  1. Skin Preparation: Begin by exfoliating the skin using the DRY BRUSH head (natural bristle brush) to remove dead cells and soften the skin. Exfoliate gently for 5 minutes, once per week, brushing towards the heart (from feet to hips for legs, and wrist to shoulder for arms). Adjust intensity based on skin condition and sensitivity.
  2. Warm Up: For effective treatment, pre-warm and drain the area, especially for hard, painful cellulite. This helps to gradually knead the area, making fat easier to separate, shifting retained toxins, and activating local venous and lymphatic circulation. Use very gentle, shallow movements for lymphatic drainage to stimulate the lymphatic system and increase fluid removal.
  3. Treatment: Once warm-up is complete, use the ANTI-CELLULITE or BODY-MODELLING head. Unlike draining, reduction massage involves strong, fast, repetitive movements on the skin, using kneading and sliding motions. This is recommended for body contouring, targeting "saddlebags," abdomen, and buttocks.
  4. Completion: Apply a moisturizing or treatment cream using the BODY-CONTOUR head.

After use, stop the appliance by releasing pressure on the on/off button, unplug it from the mains, and clean it.

Safety Advice and Warnings:

  • Read instructions carefully before use and keep for future reference.
  • The appliance can be used by children aged 8 and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience, if supervised or instructed on safe use and understanding of hazards.
