GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
• The intensity control allows you to regulate the intensity of
the massage as required. Start with a gentle speed and
progressively increase depending on your sensitivity to
the massage.
• The red light is an additional massage function. Use it to
strengthen the effectiveness of the massage.
• If you use specic treatment creams apply these after the
massage. Prepare the skin and tissues for the absorption
of the ingredients. The cream can be applied using the
“Wave shaped head” (H) or the “Smooth roller head” (L)
• If you use the “Wave shaped head” (H) head protection
attachment (O), do not apply creams.
RECOMMENDED DURATION OF TREATMENT
• The treatment can last between 15-20 minutes.
• The appliance will automatically stop after 20 minutes, if
you wish to continue using the appliance after this time,
allow it to cool down before continuing.
• For a more effective treatment, use the appliance
regularly. Use the appliance each day until you notice
the results, you can then use it to maintain these results.
To maintain the results over the long-term, adapt your
lifestyle habits and food.
USE
• Remove the protective cover (O).
• Remove the default massage head attached. (Fig. 1)
• Choose a massage head (see “Choosing a massage
head”).
• You may alternate the use of different heads during the
same massage.
• Fit the head corresponding to the desired massage onto
the head adaptor. (Fig. 2)
• Extend the supply cord completely before plugging it in.
• Connect the appliance to the mains.
• The led light of the ON/OFF button (B) will ash,
indicating that the appliance is in stand-by mode.
• Hold the appliance with the control panel facing you,
holding it by the anti-slip area in the back (Fig. 3).
• Turn the appliance on, by using the ON/OFF button (B).
• Press and hold the ON/OFF button (B) to activate the
heating function.
• To avoid a erce start, the appliance is turned on in
normal operation and super low speed.
• Select the desired massage mode, by using the speed
and mode selector (C) (D) (see “Choosing a pre-set
mode”) and place the massager on the area on which you
are going to work.
• Hold the appliance rmly with both hands and move it
over the skin in the direction of the blood circulation (see
“Massage Direction”).
• Without pressing too hard, simply glide the massager
over the area to be treated. Pressing the appliance
too hard against the skin will prevent the motor from
operating efciently.
CHOOSING A MASSAGE HEAD
• FINGER-PRINT (I): Finger massage head. Moving
pressure tips.
• MAX-FORCE (J, N): Serrated roller heads. Moving,
vibrating helixes. This tones the muscles, reduces
volume, warms up the muscles, relaxes and relived
stress, for example.
• PRO-WAVE (H): Wave shaped head. Tones and improves
blood circulation. For use on the thigh and buttock areas.
• ROLL-MASSAGE (L): Smooth roller head. Sequence of
long, sliding movements. Relaxes and improves blood
circulation.
• DRY BRUSH (K): Exfoliating brush, removes dead kin
and stimulates blood circulation.
• BALL-MASSAGE (M): Ball massage head. Stimulates
and tones the muscles, helping to rm the skin.
• FABRIC COVER (O): For exclusive use with the PRO-
WAVE head (H). For greater confort, cover the head with
the fabric cover. Never use it with creams. (Fig. 4)
CHOOSING A PRESET MODE
• NORMAL OPERATION with 4 speeds.
• Select the desired speed by pressing the speed selector
button (C):
- Super low speed: ~1.800 RPM
- Low speed: ~2.200 RPM
- Medium speed: ~2.600 RPM
- High speed: ~3.000 RPM
FIXED PRESET MODES
• Select the desired xed pre-set mode by pressing the
mode selector button (D):
- STIMULATING MODE: 3 automatic frequency
variaton per minute (120, 150 and 200 beats).
- SYSTEMATIC WAVE MODE: cycle time of 8 seconds
between super low speed and high speed.
- FIRMING MODE: xed 120 beats per minute.
- FAST FIRMING MODE: xed 200 beats per minute.
• To go back to normal operation, press the speed selector
button (C).
