Using Android™ Applications
Camera
The Smart-Ex 01 has rear camera with 8 MP (mega pixel)
auto focus and a front camera with 1MP (mega pixel)
xed focus for taking pictures. These pictures are saved
in Gallery ( ) of your phone memory.
You can access Gallery from All Apps screen.
• To take a picture, long press the Camera button
(yellow button located on the left side of your phone)
or tap the Camera icon ( ) present in the All
Apps screen.
The camera screen with touch controls ( ) is
displayed.
• Tap on Camera mode ( ), to set one of the
following modes:
• Normal - ( ): To capture a picture in normal
mode. Tap the Capture icon ( ) to capture
the picture. Touch to zoom in and out using the
pinch gestures. You can touch, then pinch in to
zoom in and pinch out to zoom out, to take a
clear picture.
• Video ( ): To shoot a video, tap the Record
icon ( ). Tap the Stop icon ( ) to end the
recording. You cannot pause the recording in
the middle.
• Panoramic ( ): To shoot a picture in
panoramic view, tap the Capture icon ( )
to capture the picture. Start from the left most
edge of the image and move towards the right
most edge to capture the complete panaromic
image.
To change camera settings such as ash, exposure,
and others, touch the circle to the right of the
Capture icon ( ).
Multimedia Player
You can play music les and voice memos stored in
your phone using the Music application or Play Music
application. The music les are by default stored in the
music folder in File explorer.
To play music les,
Tap on Music ( ) or Play Music ( ) located in All
Apps screen.
Music Player
1. Tap Playlist to access the default playlists in the
music folder.
2. Tap Recently Added playlist to view the music les
that are recently added to the music folder.
3. Tap My recordings playlist to access all your
voicememo les.
4. Tap FM recordings playlist to access all your FM
recorder les.
FM Recordings playlist is displayed only
when FM recordings have been done.
5. Tap Artists to view the music les sorted based on
the artists.
6. Tap Albums to view the music les sorted based on
the albums.
