4 Cleaning and maintenance
Warning: always unplug the unit before moving or servicing it. neither immerse the
power cord, plug or the whole unit into water nor rinse it under the tap!
Caution: Do not use a detergent, gasoline, benzene, thinner, or any other solvents to
clean the unit to avoid damage of the appliance.
• Unplug the unit and wait until the fan stops running before cleaning the appliance.
• Use a damp cloth to clean the surface of the fan.
• It is recommended to clean the fan every month.
• It is not recommended to take the fan apart, except by an authorized agent or any
person qualified to undertake electrical repairs.
• If the fan is not used for a long time, store it in the cool, dry, safe place and far
away from children. Do not store the appliance in a hot place or under sunshine.
