If your Sony TV screen is black, there's no sound, the picture is frozen, the TV isn't responding, or the network is lost, try the following: Restart your TV by pressing the power button on the remote for about five seconds. The TV will restart. If this doesn't work, unplug the TV from the mains, press and release the power button on the TV, wait two minutes, and then plug it back in. Also, connect your TV to the Internet and perform a software update to ensure optimal performance. Sony recommends keeping your TV software updated.
