The image cannot be played back on a computer.

The image and sound are interrupted by noise when you view a movie on a
computer.
• You are playing back the movie directly ftom tile intenml nlemory or the "Memory Stick
Duo". Copy flae movie to flae hard disk of your computer, then play back the movie from tile
hard disk (page 72).
You cannot print an image.
• Check the printer settings.
Images once copied to a computer cannot be viewed on the camera.
• Copy them to a lk)lder recognized by the Calllel"a, stlch :Is "I01MSDCF" (page 77).
• Operate correctly (page 78).
Images are not displayed correctly.
• Make sure the foMer of the images ix registered in "Vie_ ed folders'L If the images are not
displwed e;en if the folder ix registered in "Vie_ ed folders", update tile database (page 82).
You cannot find images imported.
• Look in tile _My Pictures" folder.
• If you ha; e changed the del.mlt settings, refer to "Changing Ibe "Folder to be imported'"' on
page 82 and check x_hatfokler ixused for importing.
You want to change the "Folder to be imported".
•Access tile _Import Settings" screen to change _'Folderto be imported". You can specil_' a
different folder after using "Cyber-shot Vie_ er" to register it ill "Viewed ll_lders" (page 79).
All imported images are displayed on the calendar with the date January 1.
• The date has not been set on tile camera. Set the date on tile cmnera (-+ st{7) 2 in "Read This
First").
Cannot insert a "Memory Stick Duo".
• Insert it in tile correct direction (_ stu_ 3 in "Read Thia Firat').
