Adiusts the color tones according to the lighting condition in a sitoation, lk)r example, when
the colors of an image look stran e.
OnePush Set (B?._SET ) Memorizes tile basic white color which will be used in lOne
Push] (_a.,_) mode.
• This is unable to be selected while charging the flash.
One Push (_._._) Adjusts the white bahmce depending on the light source. The
white color memorized in [One Push Set] (,=°.SET) mode
becomes the basic white color. Usethis mode when [Auto] or
other modes cannot set the color properly.
Flash (_WB) A_ljustsl_r the flash conditions.
• Youcannot select thisitem when shooting movies.
Incandescent (_,,6,_) A(liusts l_r ph,ces where the lighting conditions change
quickly such as at a party halh or under bright lighting such as
at photography studios.
Fluorescent(_) Adjusts li_r fluorescent lighting.
Cloudy (_) Adjusts for a cloudy sky.
Daylight (-:.e:-) A(liusts for outdoors, shooting night scenes, neon signs,
fireworks, or sunrise, or conditions before and after sundown.
Auto A(liusts the White Balance automatically.

Memorizes the basic white color l_lr the lOne Push] (_=.a) mode. ARer selecting _J._, do as
follows.
(!) Frame a white ol!iect such as a piece of paper filling the screen under the same lighting
conditions as you will shoot the subject.
@ Select [One Push Set] (,=o.sEI) with A. The screen momentarily turns black and the ,,,o.SET
indicator flashes quickly. When the white balance has been a_ljustedand stored in the memory,
[One Push] (_m.,a) is selected again.
• If tile t:xeLi indicat_r flashes slowly, tile white balance has not been set or cannol be set. Use aut_mlatic
white bahmce.
• Do not shake or strike the camera while the _.dSETindicator flashes quickly.
• When flash mode is set to ,_ (Flash forcedon) or {SL (Slow synchro), the while balance is a([iustedto
the condition wilh tile flash emitting.
