If this LED lit, the FPGA (IC12) can possibly be working
incorrectly.

S501 (G-1) : RST
Reset the DVP board. Pressing this switch initializes the
DVP board.
S801 (G-1) : MON
For monitor switch used in maintaining through the termi-
nal pin.
