Why is there no sound coming from my SoundFreaq Docking Station?

  If there is no sound coming from your SoundFreaq Docking Station, first, make sure the volume isn't set to the minimum. Also, check the volume level of your Bluetooth device connected to the system to ensure it isn't set too low. Finally, verify that the system and your Bluetooth device are not muted. If muted, press the MUTE button on the remote control to restore the sound output.

  If your iPad/iPhone/iPod is not charging on the SoundFreaq Docking Station, ensure that the connector plug of the unit is firmly inserted into the connector port of the iPad/iPhone/iPod and that the AC adapter plug is firmly inserted into the DC IN jack of the unit.
