Select “Support” if you want to switch the Heart Rate Support on or
off. Confirm your selection using the red ENTER button.

Select “Setpoint” if you want to set your desired heart rate. You can
adjust the setpoint using the arrow buttons (A). Confirm with the red
ENTER button.
When the setpoint has been set, the pedal assistance system will continually work to
maintain this heart rate by giving more pedal assistance as necessary when cycling.
