Follow these easy steps to get started.
Step 1: Connect Screen
You need a screen with an HDMI port and an HDMI cable (not included).
1. Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI port of your HMP.
2. Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI port of the display device.
Step 2: Connect Network
You need an Ethernet cable (not included).
1. Connect one end of the Ethernet cable into the Ethernet port of your HMP.
2. Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port of a LAN-Switch or computer.
Step 3: Connect Power
HMP comes with a Power Supply Unit (PSU) and a line power cable.
1. Connect the DC power cable attached to the PSU to the DC input port of your HMP.
2. Connect the line power cable to the PSU.
3. Connect the other end of the line power cable into a power outlet.
4. Switch on the display device and the LAN-Switch or computer.
Step 4: Setup HMP
To set up your HMP, follow the on-screen instructions.
1. Push the blue button of your HMP.
2. Type the IP address shown on your screen in your browser’s address bar.
3. Once connected to the web interface of the player, follow the instructions to complete the setup.
4. Once you complete the setup, your HMP will restart.
