Why is the pump not working on my Steam Planet Hot Tub?

If the pump on your Steam Planet Hot Tub isn't working, first ensure the power plug is fully plugged in. Then, check if the Residual Current Protective device is off; if so, find and remove any short circuits before reconnecting the protection switch. Also, the impeller might be blocked, so clean it. Ensure the pump is switched on and that there is power by checking the wiring. If none of these steps work, the pump may be broken and need replacing. Lastly, check the connection between the air pipe and air switch, reconnecting if necessary.
