  If your Steel City Power Tool motor overheats, it could be due to a couple of reasons. First, the motor might be overloaded during operation, in which case you should reduce the load and take lighter cuts. Alternatively, air circulation through the motor might be restricted. If this is the case, clean out the motor to allow for normal air circulation.
