HOW TO CHARGE THE BATTERY specifications
• This device is not designed for be using by people (including
children) with physical capacities, sensorial or mental reduced,
or they don’t have the necessary experience or knowledge.
• The children should be supervised to ensure that don't use it
like a toy.
• Don’t place heavy objects over the recorder.
• Don’t use or store the device in places where exist water or
splashes.
• Don’t use abrasive liquids to clean it.

1. Press ►▪ once to playback the files. Press again to stop.
2.Press Volume + or Volume – to change the file.
3. Up or down the volume level pressing then Volume + or
Volume – during the playback file.

When you connect the recorder with the switch off, the screen
will show the battery level. When it is totally charged the
message "full"will appear.
To make any button actions, the screen must be turn on. Press
once any button to turn on then press the button that you want,
for the action are maked.
Slide the switch toward ON( ▲) position to turn on the
recorder; switch it toward OFF( ▼) position to turn off.

1. Press REC. Will show "Initializing" in the screen, next will
start the audio record.
2. Press and hold REC to stop the audio record.
Playback files
▫ Contrast. Adjust the level contrast between 0 and 15.
▫ BackLight. Adjust the time of the background light.
▫ Power off. Adjust the automatic off time between 1 and 60
seconds after do not to press any button. Don't apply when
is recording or playing.
▫ Language. Select the language of the system.
▫ Password Switch
. Activate or deactivate the request of a
password.
▫ Password Set. Set a password of 4 digits and confirm with
►▪
▫ Storage. Show the current status of the memory.
▫ Restore Factory. Back to default values.
▫ Exit
Setting Mode
How to navigate in the menu
1. To access at the "Main menu" or to back to the previous
screen press
2. Enter to submenu or select an option pressing ►▪
3. Move between options with the Volume + and Volume –
buttons.
Record Set
▫ System Time
Press to change the date and hour. With Volume + and
volume – you’ll can modify it. Press ►▪ to save.
▫ Record type
Select the quallity of the recording 384, 192, 128 64 and 32
kbps.
▫ Gain level
Select the gain of the microphone 0 (less sensitive) and 7
(more sensitive).
▫ VOR Switch
Activate or deactivate for what the recording restart when a
sound is detected and is paused when not detected a sound.
For what the recording to continue only when there voice, we
recommend down the gain level to “0”.
▫ Monitor
Activate or deactivate the monitor. Is required to connect the
earphones into the 3.5 mm port, to can listen while capture
audio.
▫ Record from
Select the recording type, external or internal microphone. You
require to connect a microphone into the 3.5 mm port.
▫ Auto Record
Adjust the start and the end of the programmed recording.
▫ Exit

Main Menu
WARRANTY
Previously you must connect the recorder into your PC and to
transfer audio files in MP3 format. The music files should be in
the main folder (outside from the all folders).
1. Press and hold the button until in the screen will show the
"MUSIC" message.
2. Play or pause the tracks with ►▪
3. Change to the next file or to back pressing Volume + or
Volume – during playback file.
4. Up or down the volume level pressing then Volume + or
Volume – during the playback file..
5. Press and hold until in the screen will appear the
message "VOICE", to exit from the playback music mode

This Steren product is warranted under normal usage against defects in workmanship and
materials to the original purchaser for one year on the other parts, and three months in the battery
from the date of purchase.
CONDITIONS
1. This warranty card with all the required information, invoice or purchase ticket, product box or
package, and product, must be presented when warranty service is required.
2. If the product is in the warranty time, the company will repair it free of charge. The supplier will
pay for transportation charges.
3. The repairing time will not exceed 30 natural days, from the day the claim was received.
4. Steren sell parts, components, consumables and accessories to customer, as well as warranty
service, at any of the addresses mentioned later.

THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IN THE NEXT CASES:
If the product has been damaged by an accident, acts of God, mishandling, leaky batteries, failure
to follow enclosed instructions, improper repair by unauthorized personnel, improper safe
keeping, among others.
a) The consumer can also claim the warranty service in the purchase establishment.
b) If you lose the warranty card, we can reissue it, if you show the invoice or purchase ticket.
