This document describes the Intelligent DC Electric Pump HT-790, an electric pump designed for inflating and deflating various items such as inflatable tents and SUPs.

Function Description:

The HT-790 is an intelligent DC electric pump featuring a preset pressure LCD screen. Its primary function is to inflate items to a desired pressure value, automatically stopping when that value is reached. It also has a deflation function, allowing users to empty air from inflatable products for easier folding and storage. The pump is equipped with a lithium battery, enabling operation either on battery power or by plugging into a 12V DC cigarette lighter socket in a car.

Important Technical Specifications:

• Power Source: 12V DC power source.
• Pressure Range: 0 to 16 PSI (1 PSI = 0.0689 bar = 6.89KPA).
• Battery: Lithium battery.
• Charging Output: USB 1A, 2A charging output port.
• Warranty: One year.

Usage Features:

• Operation Modes: The pump can be used for both inflation and deflation.
• Preset Pressure System: Users can set a desired pressure value, and the pump will automatically stop once that pressure is reached. The factory default preset pressure is 10 PSI (0.689 BAR), and the last used pressure value is displayed by default for secondary use.
• User Interface: Features a pressure value LCD screen, pressure unit toggle button (PSI/BAR), pressurizing button (+), decompressing button (-), and an on/off button.
• Standby Mode: The pump enters standby mode if there is no operation within 2 minutes after being powered on. It can be reactivated by pressing the power switch button.
• Charging Options: Can be charged using the cigarette lighter plug/adapter or via a charging input port. It also offers a USB 1A, 2A charging output port for charging other devices.
• LED Light: Includes an LED light for convenience.
• Hose Connection: The flexible conduit adaptor connects to either the inflation inlet or deflation outlet, and the other end of the hose connects to the air nozzle that matches the air bag, secured by twisting clockwise.
• Automatic Shut-off: After inflation is complete, the pump will automatically turn off if there are no other operations within 2 minutes.

Safety Instructions and Precautions:

• Power Source: Only use a 12V DC power source.
• Obstruction: Do not block the inflation inlet (1) and deflation outlet (2); ensure they remain smooth at all times.
• Hose Integrity: Do not use the product if the hose is damaged; replace it immediately.
• Hose Disconnection: Do not pull out the hose during inflation due to high pressure risk.
• Continuous Operation: Avoid continuous operation for more than 30 minutes to prevent motor overheating. Allow the air pump to cool for 30 minutes after continuous use.
• Damage: Do not use if any part is damaged; contact professional personnel for repair.
• Environmental Exposure: Do not expose the product to rain or immerse it in water.
• Inflation Inlet Direction: Do not point the inflation inlet towards the face or body to prevent risk.
• Supervision: Do not leave the pump unattended while inflating.
• Children: Keep children away from the product to reduce the risk of injury.
• Electrical Safety: Do not bury the wire in the soil or use it in a place where it might be damaged by a mower or other equipment. If the power wire is damaged, it must be changed by the manufacturer or its service agent.
• Plug Handling: Always pull out the DC plug before moving, maintaining, adjusting, or when not in use.
• Overheating Prevention: Ensure maximum bearable pressure of the inflatable product is not exceeded. Check the cigarette lighter socket to make sure there is no rust or residue inside, as a poor electric conduction may cause overheating.
• High-humidity Environment: Avoid using the product in a high-humidity environment, as it may cause a short-circuited circuit and serious damage.
• Fire/Explosion Risk: Do not throw the product into fire or for explosion, battery leakage, or other dangers.
• Disassembly: Do not disassemble or break the product randomly.
• Sunlight Exposure: Avoid prolonged sun exposure, which can damage performance.
• Temperature: Do not use or store in an environment with too low or too high temperature, which might trigger automatic protection of the product and cut off charging.
• Flammable/Explosive Liquids: Do not use with flammable/explosive liquids, gases, or explosives.

Maintenance Features:

• Storage: After use, or when moving, maintaining, or adjusting the product, first pull out the DC plug. Store the pump properly after it has fully cooled, in a dry and ventilated place, away from rain or water.
• Accessories: It is suggested to use the original accessories. Faults not caused by using original accessories are outside the warranty scope.

Troubleshooting (Fault Handling):

• Air pump cannot be started normally:
  • Inspection: Power source not plugged properly, low battery charge, overheating/overload causing motor stop.
  • Solution: Plug power wire into 12V DC socket, charge battery, cool motor and restart. If issues persist, contact service agents.
• Slow or abnormal inflation/deflation:
  • Inspection: Hose blocked or cracked, joint between hose and air pump/air bag not installed properly.
  • Solution: Change/unblock hose, check for cracks, reinstall hose. If issues persist, contact service agents.
