To extend the line, press the spool onto the ground whilst the motor is
turning and the line will extend automatically. For most eective grass
trimming, ensure the machine is operation at full speed and then use
slow shallow sweeps of the line, ensuring that you do not overload the
machine by cutting too fast or cutting through heavy terrain.

Do not force the blade to cut. Do not change the cutting angle after you
have cut into the wood. Avoid using any pressure or leverage which could
cause the blade to bind or crack.
