4.2 INSTALLATION :

WARNING! Connections to the extension socket
must be done with IP 44 plug. Bad connections
may spoil the electronic circuit.
4.3 USE
Starting : Illustration 2.1
Be sure that the pump is correctly primed.
Connect the EDWC-3 / EDWC FR-3 to the electric supply. The tension LED will lit (Power
On). Then gently open one tap. The pump starts working automatically and within a
period of 20-25 seconds will reach approximately the maximum pressure provided by
the pump.
During its working the corresponding LED (Pump On) will be on. Close the tap. After
4-5 seconds the pump will stop. The tension LED (Power On)will be the only one to
remain on. Any problem after this procedure will be due to a defective pump priming.

• Power On : If lit, the pressure control unit has been powered
and is ready for operation. The pump is not running.
• Pump On : If lit, the pump is operating. A line of the
discharged liquid is opened.
• Failure : If lit, the pressure control has detected a fault.
• Restart : To restart the pump after resolving a failure, reset the
pressure control unit by pressing this button.
Automatic function : The pressure control unit converts the
pump into an automatic domestic water system. The pressure control unit switch
on the pump automatically when water is needed. When the water supply has been
interrupted, the pump will switch o again.
Dry Run Protection function : illustration 4.4
This unit detects the presence of water in the suction hose. In case of absence of water
at the inlet, the system stops itself after 3 minutes in order to protect the machine
