9 Starting and Stopping the Tiller
► Hold handlebar (1) with one hand on handle (2).
► Press lever (3) downwards with the other hand and hold.
► Move handlebar (1) into the desired position.
► Release lever (3).
The handlebar is engaged.
8.2 Adjusting the Handlebar Laterally
The handlebar can be adjusted laterally to the left or right.
► Stop the engine.
► Place the tiller on a level surface.
► Press lock (1) downwards to the stop and hold.
► Press clutch lever for lateral adjustment (2) upwards to
the stop and hold.
► Release lock (1).
► Hold handlebar (3) with the other hand on handle (4).
► Move handlebar (3) into the desired position (L, R).
► Release clutch lever for lateral adjustment (2).
The handlebar is engaged.
