V. Laser Protection
With its specially designed laser receiver and transmitter, the Stinger is able to effectively
jam all of the latest police LIDAR speed guns and can be updated to defeat newer
generations of guns as they are released. Figure 5.1 illustrates how the Stinger responds to
a LIDAR source in front of your vehicle.

Similarly, Figure 5.2 shows the Stinger detecting LIDAR being fired from behind your
vehicle. Note the change in the Laser Scope.
