the chance it can be accidentally turned on.
USING THE LIGHT
• The Dualie Waypoint
®
features a Main switch with momentary and constant on operation.
• Push button switch = High/Medium/Low.
• To access High: Tap and hold; Click to lock on; Click again for off.
• To access Medium: Double tap (within 0.4 seconds) and hold; Click to lock on in medium; Click again for off.
• Low: Triple tap (within 0.4 seconds) and hold; click to lock on in low; Click again for off.
• Accessing Beam Configurations: Using the rotary switch, F is for the front beam, S is for the side area light,
and B is for using both light sources at the same time. While the light is on, you may switch the beam
configuration to suit your need.
BATTERY INSTALLATION
To replace the 4 C cells. Remove the face cap by rotating it counter clock wise 1/8 of a turn, until you feel it stop. Now
slide the face cap forward. Place four C cell batteries into the housing, noting the polarity orientation shown in each
opening. Replace the face cap by aligning the post of the face cap to the opening in the body. Slide the face cap inward
and then push down on the face cap as you rotate it clock wise about 1/8 of a turn until you feel the face cap lock into
place. You will hear an audible click when it latches.
Never mix old and new cells or battery types.

This limited lifetime warranty also excludes rechargeable batteries, chargers, switches and electronics which have a
2 year warranty with proof of purchase. THIS IS THE ONLY WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR

USO DE LA LINTERNA
• La Dualie Waypoint
®
cuenta con un interruptor principal con funcionamiento momentáneo y fijo.
• Interruptor con botón pulsador = Alto/Medio/Bajo.
• Para acceder al modo Alto: Pulse y mantenga pulsado el interruptor;
haga clic para mantenerla encendida; vuelva a hacer clic para apagarla.
• Para acceder al modo Medio: Pulse dos veces (no deben transcurrir más de 4 milésimas de segundo
entre cada una) y mantenga pulsado el interruptor; haga clic para mantenerla encendida en el modo Medio;
vuelva a hacer clic para apagarla.
• Bajo: Pulse tres veces (no deben transcurrir más de 4 milésimas de segundo entre cada una) y mantenga pulsado el
interruptor; haga clic para mantenerla encendida en el modo Bajo; vuelva a hacer clic para apagarla.
• Acceso a las configuraciones del haz: Uso del interruptor giratorio: F es para el haz delantero, S es para la luz de
área lateral y B para usar ambas fuentes de iluminación al mismo tiempo. Mientras la linterna está encendida puede
cambiar la configuración del haz para adaptarla a sus necesidades.
INSTALACIÓN DE LA PILA
Para sustituir las 4 pilas C. Retire la tapa delantera girándola en el sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj 1/8 de vuelta,
hasta notar que se detiene. Ahora deslice la tapa delantera hacia delante. Coloque las cuatro pilas de célula C en el
alojamiento, observando la orientación de la polaridad que se muestra en cada abertura. Vuelva a colocar la tapa
delantera alineando el poste de la tapa con la abertura del cuerpo. Deslice la tapa hacia dentro y luego empuje hacia
abajo la tapa a medida que la gira en el sentido de las agujas del reloj aproximadamente 1/8 de vuelta hasta notar que
la tapa se bloquea en su sitio. Oirá un chasquido cuando se bloquee.
No mezcle nunca pilas nueva y viejas ni tipos de pilas.
