Regularly check that elements fastened with nuts and bolts are correctly tightened. Remember regularly to grease moving parts.
The chassis is guaranteed for 5 years. Moving parts are guaranteed for 2 years.

Attach pulley no.1 (18) to upper beam (5) using 3/8x1-3/4 bolt (51), two 3/8x19mm washers (44), and 3/8 locking nut (45).
Attach pulley no.2 (18) to vertical beam (1) using 3/8x3 bolt (60), two 3/8x19mm washers (44), and 3/8 locking nut (45).
Attach block no.4(18) to upper beam (5) using 3/8x1-3/4 bolt (51), two 3/8x19mm washers (44), and 3/8 locking nut (45).
Attach a carabiner (39) to support the weight stack (26).
Attach pulley no.3(18) to floating pulley block (16) using 3/8x1-3/4 bolt (51), two 3/8x19mm washers (44), and 3/8 locking nut (45).
Attach cable (36) ends to arms (12, 13) with 3/8x1-1/4 bolts, nylon nuts (72), 3/8x19mm washers (44), and locking nuts (45).
Attach pulleys 5 & 6 (18) to block (15) with 3/8x1-3/4 bolts (51), four 3/8x19mm washers (44), and two locking nuts (55).
Attach pulley 7 (18) to block (16B) with 3/8x1-3/4 bolt (51), two 3/8x19mm washers (44), and locking nut (45).
Attach pulley 8 (18) to leg extension bar (7) using 3/8x66mm bolt (50), two 3/8x19mm washers (44), and locking nut (45).
Attach pulley 9 (18) to leg extension bar (14) vertical beam with 3/8x3 bolt (60), 3/8x19mm washers (44), and locking nut (45).
Attach pulley 10 (18) to vertical beam (1) using 3/8x3 bolt (60), two 3/8x19mm washers (44), and locking nut (45).
Attach pulley 11 (18) to floating block (16B) with 3/8x1-3/4 bolt (51), two 3/8x19mm washers (44), and locking nut (45).
Attach pulley 12 (18) to main frame (2) with 3/8x1-3/4 bolt (51), two 3/8x19mm washers (44), and locking nut (45).
Attach pulley 13 (18) to floating block (16A) with 3/8x1-3/4 bolt (51), two 3/8x19mm washers (44), and locking nut (45).
Attach the cable end with the ball to the short bar (33) with two carabiners (39) and a chain (37).
