2. Connect the heating via a 2-pole terminal block.
3. If no further connections are to be made: close and
screw in the cover directly. Tightening torques, see
section 6.2.3.
6.4.4 Connect the earth conductor

1. Strip the ends of the earth conductors by approx.
6 mm.
2. Plug the cable in and tighten the screw [2,5 Nm].

6.5.1 Electrics
The contacts can be freely assigned.
6.6 Switching point adjustment
Adjustment procedure:
• Remove the cover of the GTES.
• Carry out the adjustment.
• Remount the cover of the GTES immediately.
After the switching point adjustment, immediately seal the GTES with the cover so that no dust or water can
enter and affect the safety off switch.
The switching point adjustment is determined by the design of the contact used, see section 4.1.6. There is

• Fine adjustment “FV 50”
• Double fine adjustment “DFV”
• Normal adjustment “V70”
• Fine adjustment “FV70”
• Block adjustment “BV”
