for a period of one year from the date of purchase to be free from defects
in material and workmanship. This warranty extends to all purchases and
is limited to the repair or replacement of the product without charge

Stryker Endoscopy cannot accept responsibility for returns or
replacements that have not been authorized. This warranty does not cover
damages caused by misuse or by failure to follow the procedures outlined
