1. Check of power supply and wiring harness
ͻ Check that the AUX-BOX connector and CCU connector fitting has been correctly connected

ͻ Disconnect the connector and insert until a clicking sound is heard
ͻ Confirm that the USB flash drive is recognized
No Proceed to the next step
Yes Could possibly be caused by faulty fitting of the connector. No current problems
ͻ Disconnect the connector (M) at AUX-BOX and check the voltage between the below terminals
Connectors & Terminals
Pin 5 (USB +B) of AUX-BOX Connector(M)
12V Replace the AUX-BOX
0V Proceed to the next step
ͻ Disconnect the connector (K) at CCU side and check the voltage between the below terminals.
Connectors & Terminals
Pin 6 (USB +B) of CCU Connector(K)
12V Replace the cable between USB and CCU
0V Proceed to the next step
ͻ Measure the connector (I) at CCU side and check the voltage between the below terminals.
Connectors & Terminals
Pin 9 (+B Direct) and/or Pin 4 (+B Backup) of CCU Connector(I)
12V Replace the CCU
0V Repair the cable between Battery and CCU.
