6.4 FLUID FILTER
MAINTENANCE
Replace the fluid filter element under any of the
following conditions:
1. As recommended in the Table 3-7: Lubrica-
tion Guide.
2. Every year.
3. Every fluid change.
6.5 COOLER MAINTENANCE
If cooler becomes restricted, use standard spray
degreaser/cleaner and brush to clean cooler. Use air
pressure to blow cooler clean. Care must be taken as
not to damage cooler fins.

(I) Eight hours per day, normal or light loading, clean 100°F (38°C) maximum ambient.
(II) Twenty-four hours per day operation or shock loadings, vibration, or in dirt or dust at 100°F to 104°F (38°C to 40°C) ambient.
(III) Heavy shock or vibration, dirt or dust at 100°F to 104°F (38°C to 40°C) ambient
WARNING
Fluid filter has internal bypass.
DO NOT SUBSTITUTE.
WARNING
Before doing compressor maintenance,
disconnect compressor from power source
and lock out power source. Isolate
compressor from line pressure by closing
recommended discharge shut-off valve and
releasing all internal pressure
from compressor.
