7.3. BACK PRESSURE IS TOO HIGH DURING REGENERATION PHASE
Possible Cause Solution
Silencer is blocked Clean or replace silencer
Inlet/exhaust valve cylinders defective Lubricate cylinder
Replace seals if necessary
Replace cylinder
Check valves are not sealing Repair check valve
CAUTION!
If you are not able to fix a problem, call your local Sullair distributor or
the Sullair Service Department. A service technician will help you with
the problem or, if necessary, be sent to site.
7.4. SHORT-TERM SHUT-DOWN
Note
Wait until dryer is in repress
Switch off the adsorption dryer.
Close all the shutoff valves up and down stream of the dryer.
CAUTION!
Dryer will remain pressurized.
