AC voltage unbalance
When the three-phase AC voltage differences detected exceed the allowable range, the
PCS will stop operating, send warning signal and display the fault type on the Web.
The PCS can detect the anomaly and respond quickly.
Transformer over-temperature
The PCS transformer is equipped with high-precision thermal sensor to monitor the temper-
ature of the module. Once over-temperature is detected, DSP will help to maintain the safe
operation of the PCS by sending instruction to stop the PCS.
Module fault
PCS IGBT module is equipped with self-protection function. When over-current is detected
during module self-detection, module will send fault information to the DSP. And the DSP will
send instruction to stop the PCS and send warning signal and display the fault type on the
Web.
Fan fault
PCS fans can perform self-detection. When that the fans stop running is detected, fans will
send fault information to the DSP. And the DSP will send instruction to stop the PCS and
send warning signal and display the fault type on the Web.
AD sampling fault
If the PCS detects that the sampling channel zero-offset value exceeds the allowable range,
the PCS will send warning signal and display the fault type on the Web.
Reversed polarity connection fault
When the DC voltage is detected to be negative value, the PCS will send warning signal and
display the fault type on the Web.

Communication Interface
The PCS is designed with standard network port communication interfaces.
The network port communication interfaces are used to establish communication with
monitoring devices and to upload monitoring data to a monitoring background through
communication cables.
When communication is established between the PCS and the communication devices,
users can view PCS information or set PCS parameters, such as running parameter and
protection parameter, through the Web.
