③ Press the right mouse button and a “Pressure foot
Control Dialog” window appears.
Set 7.0mm for pressure foot height by using
up/down arrow button.
Then click “OK” button.
④ Set 2.0mm for height of pressure foot at the point
“B” by using same method.
The pressure foot control command is applicable to E-Series only.
The range of control is from 0.0mm to 8.0mm by 0.1mm.
A sewing machine will move the pressure foot up as amount of
7.0mm at the stitch point “A”. Originally pressure foot height is
0.0mm, so the pressure foot height will be 7.0mm at the stitch point
“A”. And then, it will move the pressure foot down as amount of
5.0mm at the stitch point “B”. Therefore the pressure foot height will
be 2.0mm at the stitch point “B”.
The figure below shows the conditions applied when the output port is set.
