  If your SunSun Pond Pump isn't running, first ensure it's properly connected to a power source. If the pump motor is burnt, it needs replacement. Check the impeller for any obstructions and clean it before reconnecting to power. For pumps running without water, fill them with water and then reconnect to power. If it is not connected with the controller unit, re-link it. If the controller is damaged, replace it.
