HOW TOO CHOOSE AND ADJUST YOUR HELMET?
1) Measure your head circumference (cm).
2) Choose a helmet with a size range including your head circumference.
3) Adjust the helmet to the circumference of your head following the provi-
ded instructions – read “Helmet use” section.
