18. What to do if... ?
Fault Possible cause / solution
... the superrollo GW70 no longer reacts in the
morning at the congured switching time?
The electronic system switched o the drive after closing the roller
shutters because the deection roller stopped turning. This is the
case if:
a) The [ Down ] button was pressed for an exessive period of time
during the conguration process for the lower end point.
The roller shutter slats are closed, but the belt continued to wind
and is no longer tight on the deection roller.
b) The lower end point is displaced due to elongation of the belt.
The belt may never be slack.
c) Re-congure the lower end point (see page 21) and ensure
that the belt remains tight to the deection roller.
In doing so, the deection roller must turn evenly.
