Disassembly
• Remove the oil seal (1) with the special tool.
Special tool
(A): 09913–50121 (Oil seal remover)
• Remove the snap ring (2).
• Remove the bearing (3) with the special tool.
NOTE
If there is no abnormal noise, the bearing
removal is not necessary.
Special tool
(A): 09913–70210 (Bearing installer set)
Assembly
• Press the bearing (1) with the special tool.
Special tool
(A): 09913–70210 (Bearing installer set)
CAUTION
!
• The sealed cover of the bearing must face
outside.
• Apply grease to the bearing.
: Grease 99000–25010 (SUZUKI SUPER
GREASE A or equivalent)
• Install the snap ring (2).
CAUTION
!
The removed snap ring must be replaced
with a new one.
