BRAKE PADS REPLACEMENT
FRONT BRAKE PADS
• Remove the cap
1 and pad mounting pin 2.
• Remove the brake pads.
NOTE:
Replace the two brake pads as a set.
• Fit the new brake pads into the caliper and tighten the pad
mounting pin to the specified torque.
# Brake pad mounting pin: 18 N·m (1.8 kgf-m, 13.0 lb-ft)
NOTE:
Pump the brake lever several times to seat the brake pads after
reassembling.
REAR BRAKE PADS
• Remove the cap
1 and pad mounting pin 2.
• Remove the brake pads.
NOTE:
Replace the two pads as a set.
• Fit the brake pads into the caliper.
• Tighten the brake pad mounting pin to the specified torque.
# Brake pad mounting pin: 18 N·m (1.8 kgf-m, 13.0 lb-ft)
NOTE:
Pump the brake pedal several times to seat the brake pads after
reassembling.
