from different models), and then disassemble the repair cover.
2. Dismount the relevant connection line
Take apart drop-out line of machine connecting to control box, temperature limiter, indicator light
and temperature sensing probe, and then dismount the repair cover; meanwhile, dismount null
line, live line and connection line to water heater;
3. Disassemble T-shaped screw bolts fastening the flange
Dismount five M8 nuts with a 12mm hexagon socket
4. Disassemble flange pressing plate
Use a screwdriver and other tools to unclench the flange pressing plate at the compartment mouth,
and take it off;
5. Take out the heater
Take it out of the mouth of inner compartment along the structural direction of the heater;
6. Install a new heater
The operation is reverse to the disassembling process. Be careful of thread lock. Five screws shall
be screwed tightly upon the diagonal sequence. The torque force for locking shall be 8-10N.m.
