Important Information

Tightening and Installation Note

Use key no. 24 for tightening. Do not install heater with control panel attached to heating element.

Cartridge Fitting and Leak Prevention

Fit cartridge to base, use thread tape to prevent leakage. Element fits lower connections only.

Connect to power only after filling. Connecting without water damages the element. Contact electrician for fixed installation.

Assembly and Control Panel Setup

Connecting the Control Panel

Align locating pin (A) with groove (B) and push control panel firmly onto heating element.

Adjusting Control Panel Orientation

Turn panel up to 340° to face forward. Do not force if resistance is met, as damage may occur.

Securing the Heater Control Box

Tighten the grab screw with the allen key for long-term reliability of the control box.

Radiator Filling Procedure

Filling Steps and Fluid Level Check

Fill slowly to avoid air pockets. Use water or water/antifreeze mix. Check fluid level after one hour.

Operating the Electric Element

On/Off Operation

Press the On/Off button to start or stop the electric element. Power is cut only when plug is removed.

Clock Setting Procedure

Set hour and minute using arrow buttons and confirm settings. Clock is then activated.

Manual Temperature Adjustment

Use arrow buttons to set desired temperature. Heat indicator shows when temperature is reached.

Anti-Freeze Protection

Element automatically activates if temperature drops to 6°C to prevent freezing. Display shows 'AF'.

Quick Dry Function

Dries towels at 50°C for a set time. Time can be extended by 30 min increments up to 4 hours.
