Why are there rust stains on dishes from my Swann SDWB2020 Dishwasher?

If you see rust stains on the dishes after using your Swann Dishwasher, it could be because the cutlery or items aren't suitable for dishwashing, the salt compartment cap isn't closed properly, or salt overflowed into the machine while filling.
