Oil Checks

Check hydraulic oil level every six months. Use ISO VG32 oil with a viscosity of 32cSt at 40° Celsius. Total volume is approx. 0.31.

Banish Air from Hydraulic System

Air in the hydraulic unit can prevent forks from elevating. Remove air by lowering the control handle and pumping the tow bar repeatedly.

Daily Checks and Maintenance

Perform daily checks to minimize wear. Pay attention to wheels and axles, which may be blocked by debris.

Lubrication Schedule

Lubricate bearings and shafts monthly or after thorough cleaning. Factory-greased parts require periodic re-greasing.
