OMNISTEP SLIDE-OUT
Maintenance
Dirt and frost can prevent the slide-out step
from operating efficiently. To prevent this it is
essential that the rails and moving parts are
cleaned and defrosted when necessary. The
linkage points of the step are in a
maintenance free bearing. (Fig. 1)
In Case of breakdown
If the step fails to retract using the motor
(Fig. 2)
1. Remove the locking pin from the sliding
profile.
2. Take away the axle and the washers.
3. Push the footboard in to the normal
retracted position.
4. Secure the footboard with a rope to the
chassis.
Current drawn
• Working current : 5 A.
• Starting current, when fully extended or
retracted: 14 A.
