Unpairing
If you are not using Keypad, please navigate
to the Settings page of the Keypad to unpair
it. Once Keypad is unpaired, it will be not able
to control your SwitchBot Lock. Please operate
with caution.
Lost Device
Should you lose your device, please navigate
to the Settings page of the Keypad in question
and remove pairing. You can pair the Keypad
to your SwitchBot Lock again if you find your
lost device.
