Check if cylinder and piston are worn or damaged,
and then clean carbon deposit on exhaust opening
area as the diagram shown.
Caution
Do not scratch both the cylinder and the piston.
Use a straight edge and a feeler gauge to
measure the cylinder head for warp.
In “X” and “Y” direction, measure the cylinder for
worn out as the three levels shown in the figure.
With the maximal value to decide cylinder wear
out condition.
Measure the OD of piston at the 7 mm from the
bottom of the piston.
Calculate the clearance between piston and
cylinder.
