5. Line the 10 holes, ensuring that the gasket is
also lined up between the gearbox foot casting
& gearbox housing.
6. Tighten all 10 allen head cap screw in a
diagonal sequence.

7. Carefully assembly the gearbox back into the
cable drum, ensuring the sun (centre) gear is
lined up in the cable drum.

8. Refit & tighten the two allen head cap screws to
the tie rods.
9. Check the operation of the clutch handle to
ensure gearbox engages & fit winch to bar.
