  If the control solution testing result is out of range for your TaiDoc Blood Glucose Meter, consider these possibilities: 1. Review the instructions and carefully repeat the test. 2. Vigorously shake the control solution vial before retesting. 3. Verify that the control solution hasn't expired or become contaminated. 4. Ensure the control solution, meter, and test strips are at room temperature (20°-25°C/68°-77°F). 5. Try a new test strip. If problems persist, the meter may be malfunctioning.

  If the TaiDoc Blood Glucose Meter doesn't start after applying the sample, it might be due to several reasons. First, ensure you are using enough blood; try the test again with a new strip and a larger sample. A defective test strip could also be the cause, so try a new one. Make sure to apply the sample while the display is flashing, as the meter switches off automatically after 2 minutes of inactivity. If none of these steps work, the meter itself may be defective.
