Renrove
air
hose
prior

install needle
Flemove
balance weight, loosen needle chuck
scrcw, and
carefully
pull
out the needle. Gently
seat the ne€-
dle into nozzle
by
pressing
forwad.
and secure in
place
by tightening needle chuck
screw Attach
balancew€ight.
aRemoving
nozzle: Nozzle can
be removed us-
ing the included wrench. However,
lrequent re-
moval and attachment of the nozzle will
wear sea-
lant
on its thread. resulting in back flush ot
air.
Remove it
only when necessary
(to
clean cured
paint
in the nozzle
etc).
